Gen Z: What to expect? -Workforce Preview.

 A new crop is getting ready to enter the workforce.
"Everyone can learn from the ways in which this unbounded younger generation interacts with technology and is able to quickly adapt to the rapidly changing media landscape," stated Jimmy Wales, co-founder of Wikia.
Some of the data survey: Skills that bode well for the future workforce.

Up time ~ 46% of Gen Zers connect online 10 or more hours a day.
Participation Increase ~ 47% say they are more actively connected now than months ago.
Collective Intellect ~ 60% say they like to share their knowledge with others online, a sign of collaborative skills.
Curiosity Factor ~ 64% say they contribute to Websites because they like learning about new things.
Tech Support ~ 76% feel that their online experiences will help them reach their goals.
No Limits ~ 66% say that technology makes them feel that anything is possible.
Rise to the Occasion ~ 25% get connected within five minutes of waking up.
Web Worship ~ only 44% say they unplug during a religious service.
Down Time ~ 44% unplug during homework and studying.
